I'm trying to write while caregiving too, so I understand your struggle all too well. Sometimes, writing is the last thing I have energy for. Daily word count plan? Pfft! I finally had to adjust my expectations to a weekly word plan.
But building a body of work in our roles IS possible, it just takes a LOT longer than the folks that trumpet about writing 1000 (or more!) glorious words a day, right?
Thanks for sharing. Brick by brick. It’s the only way. 🔵 Chris
Hey, Karen.
I'll never get tired of saying, "Karen, thanx again".
The value in your "shares" is massive for me.
I love this one on consistency.
I struggle a lot with it, but when I step up, it always changes my perspective on life.
I realise, I too, can add value.
As always,
Cheers.
Thanks for your kind words and encouragement, Jethro. Readers like you are exactly who I'm running this newsletter for.

It's a challenge isn't it? All the more reason to give ourselves a little grace, leeway, and flexibility, along with a moveable word count goal!
