Only because I couldn't stop myself the result of reading is 4 lists. Can you guess what the lists are about? Anyone?
I'm guessing all the things you both do and do not want to do in both your writing career and life in general? If so, I love that. I actually have a "not to do" list which is probably similar to the type of list you're talking about. Knowing what you don't want to do seems more important in some ways than knowing what you do want to do.
Yes, to all of this and one more step. That step is "noticing" each thought, my reaction, insights, and letting these all pass into the "what is" of now.
