This really resonated with me.

I also have 2 little ones and every minute is precious.

I love the list but more so the message that you can achieve something in 10 minutes because very often we throw the towel before we even try.

I apply this to exercise as well: a 10-minute job is better than nothing.

I am indeed doing the exercises, and loving them. And yes, I will leave a review when I finish it. I'm the author of a short Kindle book and I'm lucky that it's got a decent amount of reviews now but it's taken forever to get there. You're right, most people don't get around to leaving one, even if they really like the book!

I often do a 15 minute sketch, outline or similar if I don't have time to do something fully. It's amazing how much you can achieve in a short time. And it makes the next step much easier, too.
